Ours is Rainbow & Brown,generally Rainbow though. They swim from mountain streams into man made dams I think?

We don't really have too many distinctive smells here except for the Chestnuts when they are ripe for picking, not even the streams smell where we can catch beautiful Trout, but tell me why do they nearly always taste muddy BF?

Bloody typical, I sit through 5 1/2 hours of bloody tennis ,cos SWMBO booked the downstairs bloody telly ,I cook bloody dinner (Roast Chicken and all the trimmings) get the kids ready for bloody bed ,iron Charlottes bloody school dress (Cos she didn't have a bloody clean one) read them bloody stories. Sit down for 1/2 past bloody 8 to watch Coast and instead we get an 1/2 bloody hour episode of bloody Rick Stein and they bloody well cancelled bloody Coast .Ask me if im'e bloody mad go on I bloody well dare you
Oh you poor lad,after all that hard work too & yes I can tell you are bloody well not happy,but! today is another day,things always seem better after a good nights sleep.
Which channel was it on? you should ring up & give them a short sharp B********G do you the world of good me duck

Sorry Anne I always think you are in the US. I heard the weather is very hot I must say much more of this cold weather & I shall be winging my way to warmer climes myself! Good you are keeping well,I missed you too
Am just looking out of my window & though it has stopped raining & the sun is shining, it's bitterly cold & we have snow on the peaks over the rd. Will post a pic when I find my camera.

Finally got back to posting. Been really busy blah blah blah! Seriously though,I have.............. hopefully might be able to hang in a bit longer this time.
Lost my hard drive also ,so took a while to be bothered to reinstall everythin i had on previously.

We are having a very wet,cold snowy winter. Hasn't been like this for about 9 years so looks like it might be a bumper season.
We are cetainly getting a lot of rain ,which is great as the rivers are filling up fast. Apparently after a drought there often follows a flood,so will keep our fingers x it doesn't happen.

We have several shops which sell a small selection of Pommy foodstuffs,a bit restricted but not bad. Do you remember Hobnobs? we can get them here & Smedleys mushy peas...mmmm.

And Mr Kipling iced fancies yummo. When I was in UK in Nov last year we had a few of Mr Kipling cakes all delish,all sweet & sticky & mmm. Their swiss tarts are the gluggiest,moistest tart you could wish for, i'm salivating now!

I agree, spoilt people with way too much money who have unfortunately listened to the likes of Parkinson,[ to name just one personality] who can't refrain from telling them how talented & how special they are until they believe it & start to behave like complete asses. None of them could do what I consider to be a "proper job" if there lives depended on it. EG. Paris Hilton to name just one dumb spoilt slapper.

Oh that's lovely 2 bubs to spoil
I don't have grandkids yet,don't even know if my boys will bother having them but it's their decision not mine,I don't care either way as long as they are both happy & they seem to be thank god. I sometimes think it's a blessing they don't have them would make it difficult for us as one son is in UK & the other in Brisbane now,so I wouldn't get to see them very often anyway. I have my lovely dog Duncan to love, they are certainly good companions thats for sure.

I know what you mean about the Americanisation,we have the same here but it's already too late me duck,just look around you
