I see Jeremy Corbyn will sing the national anthem next time. I reckon he could have got away with it if he'd sung the words to the red flag, no one would have noticed.

I'm just looking at booking a flight to Canada as we speak. I've already decided I'm going business class for an extra £400. I can't put up with my knees under my chin for ten hours or some volumetrically challenged person using up my air.

ASUS have a two year warranty with their monitors BeestonMick.
We have some Asus monitors at work, they are pretty damn good. I reckon the Samsung monitors have two years on 'em now as well. The thing is, they're so cheap now if you get five years out of 'em and they fail you just buy a new one. My two were around £110 each. Considering I paid the best part of £1000 for a Sony Trinitron monitor at one time (bleddy huge thing for a 17" screen) I think they are now VFM.

Big Wes, from the US, is a massive Forest supporter that frequents Twitter. He became interested in Florest when some Twitter users mistook him for Wes Morgan because of his Twitter nic @bigwes.
He spent some time over here last year going to games etc, and loved it so much he now gets homesick for Nottingham.

Samsung seems to be the way to go at the moment, their gear is excellent. Also, if I'm buying computer bits such as fixed disks I always go for Samsung if I can. I have two Samsung monitors on my home PC, excellent quality and long lasting.

I had a colleague, also from Nottingham originally as it happens, same age etc, working with me in Llantrisant. He was also a died in the wool collar and tie man and he couldn't explain why when I asked him 'cos nowt in my life as a kid, maybe the odd wedding, required collar and tie. He had been a service engineer for a forklift company for many years so no tie there. I did eventually get him in to 'workwear' but he still insisted wearing a collar and tie. Horses and courses I suppose.

Jeans, t-shirt and trainers man myself, all my life. I don't even own a tie or a collared shirt to wrap it around. All the jobs I've ever done the customers weren't interested what I looked like they just wanted their equipment fixed.

Google it.
It was red tape and you had to pay 2 or 3 hundred quid for permission to fly a flag. That has never been the case in Wales as far as I'm aware.

I don't think a new write would do, we'd end up with something from X-factor.
For some reason the English aren't allowed to be patriotic. By law you can't hang a George flag outside your house in England, but I can in Wales, go anywhere else and there's flags all over the place. It's about time the English said "screw you we are English"

I can't forgive him for making that horrible campy dancing in the street video with Jagger. The British music industry has a good reputation around the world and then they produce garbage like that. It was voted as the most embarrassing video at one time.

It's a fine tune, I don't see it as religious (I'm the last one to be spouting religion being an atheist for more than forty years) more a rousing tune for the troops.
What would you suggest in place then?
Land of hope and glory I suppose but it doesn't rouse me like Jerusalem.
