Fantastic forum and so glad I stumbled across it but why not before? I am originally from Radford but moved to Bulwell in the 60's then in 1976 joined the Royal Navy but my father still lives in Bulwell, up by the ex Lido, but sadly my Mum passed away this January. Now starting to research my family tree BROWN and in the 1881 census my great grandfather lived at 3 East Row High Street Basford so this information is great so thank you.
