  2. Hello again! No, I mean the ones on Windmill Lane, as you look at the Adelaide, there's King Edward Park to the right, then some steps that lead down to St Chads Rd (I think that's the road anyway) and then there's the houses I'm talking about, they start at 109 I think. My great aunt lived at 127 when I was a kid and I remember her house having a fireplace in the cellar and an amazing view of town from the back.
  3. Hello! I'm trying to find out some of the history of Windmill Lane, particularly the semi-detatched houses next to the steps that lead up the side of King Edward park - there only seems to be about 20 or so of these, and they look pretty old.... I didn't even know that there was an asylum on there until I started researching!! Could these houses possibly have been built for the staff of the asylum? Thanks in advance - any info at all is massively appreciated! xxx
