Not sure if anyone interested but Henry’s brother Ron married my Mums youngest sister Irene, and as young families my Mum, Dad and myself and my sister spent a lot of time with Ron,Irene and their two children. I was aware of Henry being a footballer but I don’t think I ever met him . It certainly impressed my Derby County Supporter Boyfriend when I told him that my uncles brother was Henry Newton. We married after a few years and have now been together 32 years!
