Craig Strongman 13
These boys, from London ,came to the Dungeon, in either 66 or 67,and went down well. At the time they had 2 of their records played there, one was a cover of the Marvellettes Ill keep on holdin on, the other, Baby you got it, did anyone go and see them? Just remembered, some of the band later evolved into Ace who had a hit in 74 called How Long, which later featured in Radio Trents test transmission.
mick2me 3,033
Never heard of the band. But I do remember Trents Test Transmission. I had it on permanently in my car in 1975. Can you remember what tracks were on it. Come to think of it, The test transmission was better than Trent today.
