Ashley 288
Just seen a report where Glasgow Rangers say they expect to join the English league "within 10 years" starting in div 4, away fixtures should be a good day out for likes of Cheltenham and Torquay fans! firbeck 860
I heard about that too, could be the lot of them playing in the English league, how about a midweek, midwinter fixture, Inverness Caledonian Thistle V Plymouth Argyle, apart from being a bit of a mouthfull, it's a 1286.2 mile round trip, I don't reckon even Paul Whitehouse and his mates would like that very much. Even better, how about one of those early rounds of the FA Cup, Penzance FC V Lerwick, midweek replay in January, that could be fun.

Beefsteak 305
Sorry to be a spoilsport , but why would any of those fixtures be likely to occur??? It's only 'The old firm' of Celtic and Rangers that are on about joining!! Still a bloody long trip for a Torquay fan though!!! You'd have to set off two days before the previous game ..........LOL
