susyshoes 69
I remember going to Oscar Wildes in the 70s, now known as Blotts. (Went there this Friday and it hasnt changed much), but was wondering what the place was originally? its very grand so i guess some sort of Hall. Searched Picture the Past in Holme Pierrpoint but The Hall there doesnt mention that its now any sort of venue. Do you think this is what it was?
denshaw 2,880
It was originally a vicarage, it's been extended quite a lot though.

denshaw 2,880
You can see it on google street view the original house. I would imagine it was the Vicarage for Saint Edmunds Church at the side of Pierrpont Hall. I went to look at it for a wedding venue and was told quite a bit about it.
