During the war as kids we could get in the Pictures with " Jam Jars " a 2 pound jar a Penny and a 1 pound 1/2 p. The Picture Houses were Called " The Ibe " ( The Highbury ) " The Delph " ( The Adelphi ) " The Fute " ( The Futurist ) The Palace and the Vernon were both " Flea Pits " and of course " The Lenos " Quote Link to post Share on other sites
