    Brian Carter(white top No.355) was the manager of Kennings Motors - Car sales and repairs ... on Nottingham Road (near the race track). A Long Eaton lad.

    The pub was The Pavilion, on Station Road. (backed directly onto the track and served refreshments ... near to the pits) .... now demolished also.
