Stan 386
Anyone willing to make any guesses as to this event and its outcome? Murray returns today with a two-set lead over the world No 1 and sunshine forecast. The climate in Murray’s world is changing. He assumes his highest world ranking, fourth, whatever happens when battle resumes with the muscles from Majorca. Victory would see him into his first Grand Slam final. More than that it would announce him as serious player in men’s tennis.

rob237 89
Has rapidly developed a mid-Atlantic type of persona, as did - ironically - Fred Perry. At interview he is now as cringeworthy as Pietersen and Terry. Recall an interesting early interview he gave - when he still had a brogue - on his recall of the Dunblane school shootings, at which he was present. We now have a totally different character... Cheers Robt P.
