Thank you Mick, nice to be back...been busy these last few months..don't know if you remember Radford Old Gal who came on here in June, she was living in Spain, we realised we knew each other from back in the sixties..anyway long story short she (Barbara) is now back here in England and we are living together, all thanks to this site so if it hadn't been for Nottstalgia we would never have met up again..SO THANK YOU NOTTSTALGIA. pete c....still riding a vespa

Wayne Evans lived on the same street as me on the Ainsley Estate, didn't know him too much as he was a bit younger than me..if I remember correctly his first band was the Tadpole Lane Town and District Band or something along those lines..think they did a spot once on a kids tv programme..one of the other band members was Pete Wagstaff who lived across the road from Wayne, Pete and his brother Robin eventually went on to become DJ's on Radio Trent. pete c....still riding a vespa

  7. Just been listening to Brenda Holloways Every Little Bit Hurts, sure sounds like soul to me. Craig is right Motown was so much more than The Supremes etc. Atlantic wasn't all soul. Sonny and Cher, Bobby Darin and the Young Rascals were all on Atlantic Records. pete c....still riding a vespa

Radio Caroline South from the Mi Amigo was on 259 and Caroline North was on 199 in the 1960's..in the 70's and 80's a variety of frequencies were used 819..558..319 and others that I can't remember..today it's 0199 on Sky and on the internet at http://www.radiocaroline.co.uk Zab you were correct that's Andy Archer on the Mi Amigo..will up load a picture next of a guy called Crispian St. John was was on RNI you may remember him...he came out to The Mi Amigo that day on our boat and was chatting for quite some time with Andy Archer..a few months later he joined Caroline..in the 1980's he was o
