  5. Just got back to Canada today LizzieM,had a busy two weeks in UK.The Music at Americana was fabulous.

    Back in the mid 90s in Summer there was a direct flight from Toronto to the Portugese island of Madiera what a beautiful place to visit,the only scary part is the landing and take off especially if there's a slight breeze just like landing onan aircraft carrier.

  11. Just saw some pictures of the new Bulwell Riverside Centre. The interior of this building are very impressive. In fact, it's a world class building. The facilities that its offering look to be good too. Have to have a look at it when I'm over..
  12. I'm not sure where Cranbrook Street is but this is Nottingham, not Detroit Michigan. As I'm sure you know, any big city you have to be careful and aware of your surroundings. I'm sure you'll have a great time in the city. For the hell of it, make sure you ride the tram to Hucknell and back to get the feel of the place and try not to look like a tourist. You'll have a great time.
  13. Sheridan i visit Nottingham two or three times a year and it's still a great City.Actually just pickup airline ticket's for July's trip to the UK.

  15. came across this driving school in Madiera the car as 2 steering wheels.I learned to drive in a Pontiac Parisienne that had a bench seat and the instructor had a brake pedal on his side that was attached to the brake pedal on the drivers side,l remember taking my test and having to parallel park this monster but l did and passed my test and then l bought one of these cars
