I think television killed Peter Brough and Archie Andrews. He was a great ventriloquist for radio but on TV both their lips moved at the same time in perfect harmony!

It's their family antics and protocol I find weirdly amusing. Their order of precedence and who bows and scrapes to who and under what circumstances. Does it all really matter?

I once studied genetics. It's interesting to see the results of breeding and what genes will be dominant or recessive. I also find the Royals a source of amusement.

It’s funny how all the things you’re taught at school never crop up in later life. My Latin is only useful in deciphering ancient gravestones and I’ve never seen a quadratic equation. As for calculus - what was that for? A grasp of Ohm’s law and Newton’s Laws of Motion is all you ever need to get by.
