Same as you Fly, i used to like me Rovers, first one was a Sd 1 Vanden Plas V8 then the Sd1Vitesse V8 and even though they had a bad reputation, both of mine were great. I then had the 2.7 Vitesse now that was a lovely engine, smooth as butter, made by honda. Then a 420 turbo, went like stink, 220 turbo coupe (tomcat) then a 218diesel (proper rattlerly engine) a 620 turbo diesel, a 620turbo petrol next generation 216 and finally a MGzr turbo diesel (that was like a little go kart). So yes, you could say that I liked them a bit. Maybe I was just lucky but i can't think of any of them giving me any trouble and I think, for the money they were good value and more luxurious than Ford's in my opinion.

After my first association with powered transport, two wheels, i started on four wheels in my fathers mk2zodiac (vvo 767) but soon moved on to minis. Just about had every variant, apart from the 1071 Cooper 's. Apart from my lotus elan, have stuck to rover for the majority of my time until they stopped producing. Now it's anything that takes my fancy, no particular brand is a favorite.

Yes, your correct DJ, it is at Darley Dale but at the time i couldn't think of the exact location, matlock was the nearest place i could think of as it's not a million miles from it.

At least 'greenhouses ' are environmentally friendly, i would think!

Been trying to download a picture of my water dragon (cross stitch not live) from postimage but can’t remember how to do it, ended up losing the pictures completely. Clicked on everything but nothing seemed to work, going to lie down in a darkened shed with a damp cloth on my forehead and think about fence posts.
Don't worry SG, there's lots of folks on here that will 'shed' some light on it.

We've had numerous 'Dysons'a compete waste of money, now use a 'Mielie' cat and dog model, shmbo rates it above anything else. She uses the vax on the artificial turf and I use a Henry in the garage. I think also, that to comply with the 'EU' all vacuums have been downrated in power!!!. Obviously they don't want you to be too clean!!

The biggest shed i ever saw was near Loughborough, i think it was made for a dog, ShepShed !!

No one is suggesting that you can see the church from commercial square!!. Like 'Commo ' says, taken from about Bob's spares.

Now I know that's curzon st, turn left at the pub and you go past the end of hunto bus station and come out at the other end, where Ian posted a photo just recently, they would go back to back quite well.
-
From the way I look at the photo, it is Alfred st central, the church is at the top of it! If you can imagine looking back from the photo, commercial square is that way. That's how I see the picture anyway. Other wise, if looking down Alfred st North, the church would be on the left!
