When I was waiting for a bus in slab square, a Polish chap asked me what the building was, I told him it was the council house, he said " very nice, I've got my name down for one of those "!!.
It's an old one I know, but it fits the thread.

My heart goes out to them.
Mine doesn't, just strap em to a tram and let them rot!

When we stayed over in France, can't remember the reason, we just rocked up at the formula one, it was all automated, no booking. Quite basic, but comfy and you can get a breakfast in the morning. Wouldn't want a week in one, but ideal for an overnight. Or Theres always a campanile, not sure if you have to book though. I think most will give you a room if there's one available.

Thanks for that, so basically, at the same time as the council house was built.

I think that the only British manufactured washing machine is EBAC.

Were the lion's installed at the same time as the council house was built or were they a later addition?.

Unfortunately LL, we were the cause of our own undoing. We sat back on our laurels for too long, until it was too late!! Amongst a few other things!

Oh, which Porsche model? The thing I like about Audis though is that they’re understated. If you’ve got an Audi following you on the motorway you have no idea which model it is until it’s gone in front of you.
Don't let em past Liz, most are just Rep's!

Its not only household goods, cars are just as bed. I could work on anything 20 yrs ago, but now you need a degree in thermonuclear science, just to check the basics!!

Know what you mean, nudge,nudge,wink,wink!!

That's OK if you have a puncture near your tyre place!
-
So go to halfords / scrapyard and get a wheel with correct pcd and offset with omnidirectional tyre, sorted!!
-
A reminder from the mansfied, Sutton or kirkby post,, braithwate water tanks.
-
Sounds like a bit of common sense, if only someone can justify the reason not to have a spare wheel, absolute madness!!
-
Best way to be LL, too much reliance on gimacky s#!t.
-
My flavour is the same as any NORMAL person!!.
-
That's what I thought, hence the correction.

A bare chest !
Is that for the lads or girl's?

Those gunky things are OK for a nail type of puncture, but no good if the tyre is cut!. At least a spare wheel will get you going again, provided you can change a wheel!!!
-
Shame about the crap either side of it!!
