Highfields is where i learned to row in the early 60s and swim in the outdoor pool it soon cooled you off.

Thanks plantfit looks the same as my dads but he had the GT model with the seat it had the spring steel no springs thanks again.

My dad had a very old Chaseside bulldozer he brought when he was building his garage at Watnall in 1954 it also ran on TVO/Petrol it had no hydraulics just cables an pulleys i remember the spark plugs would always foul up and he put extenders on them to help prevent it.

I remember SPD having the big Commer TS3 delivery lorries my mate worked on them while serving his apprenticeship at Cripps on Triumph Rd. in the early 60s.

Try a carburetor or intake cleaner or maybe petrol but clean thoroughly before painting or last resort is a wire brush on a wheel.

Were you being held at her Majesties pleasure Jill? At least Nuthall Cowsheds where i went we had hot water radiators and the place was temporary for years even took my 11+ there.
