Compo 10,328
Went into the greenhouse today to lift my cucamelon tubers for overwintering indoors. Discovered that most of them had been eaten during my holiday away - Bugger!

BilboroughShirley 1,120
Nurture the ones you have left, take cutting if possible, and enjoy the memories of your holiday. A winter evening's read: something on pest control! I hope this helps Compo. Best wishes.
mick2me 3,033
I had never heard of these? I used to love growing unusual stuff back in the 70s. I always had the Thompson & Morgan catalogue mailed to me every year they were good for unusual stuff. Two I remember were Asparagus Pea and Vegetable Spaghetti
