radfordred 6,284 Posted April 22, 2007 Report Share Posted April 22, 2007 Can anyone remember the sculpture that was fixed to the wall that links the Theatre Royal and the Royal Concert Hall made of steel tubing with neon coloured lighting , designed by contemporary artist Ron Haselden at a cost of £33,000 in 1982 and activated by the singer Elton John & Funded by local authority and 50% grant from East Midlands Arts ?
