Bip 88
Reminds me of the time whilst a little lad sticking me head out of model T passenger window while doing the heady speed of 3 miles to the hour. I would imagine I could reproduce the scene and sound track by opening me Picasso’s passenger door at forty miles to the hour.. If anyone says that was brilliant I shall shoot me sen… Bip. Beefsteak 305
The Lion is built into the bridge over Menai Straights since the top was added for vehicles they are no longer visible to road traffic. There are supposed to be four , but I have only ever seen the two on the north (Anglesea ) side
littlebro 234
The Lion in the video is on the south/mainland side, train was travelling to Holyhead. I agree that you cannot see them from the road deck.

Bip 88
Lion not seen in first showing. Now that I have seen it I would imagine if I hadn’t had a drink tonight that fact would have made all the difference to my above reply……………still reckon it’s a crap video though. If I get bored tomorrow and think to myself its about time I ended it all I’ll make a comparative reproduction…. Ps....what are those turnips doing milling about on that road way? don't they have a home to go to? Bip
