I know they meet one lunchtime either weekly or monthly. Not sure if this is an informal group of mates or a more formal 'do'. I think its Wollaton somewhere. Rhymester 25 Posted June 15, 2012 Report Share Posted June 15, 2012 My mother in law, whose late husband worked for Sturmey Archer, is a member of what she calls the Raleigh Club. The company set it up for retired employees amd they meet every Tuesday afternoon (currently at a community centre type place somewhere in the Balloon Woods area. Think they always have a game of bingo. They also have day trips every now and then and a Christmas party. Of course the membership is dwindling amd there won't be any new members.
