Mostly it's a week or so in the 'sin bin', but some are banished forever. I'm an argumentative old bu99er, but I always try to avoid personal attacks. I've never been banned from any forum. I was a shop 'stupid'at Boots for years- got hung out to dry many times by fellow workers! Free flowing communication between the shopfoor and office is vital. In construction there was a better set up and the dirt and mud was compensated with good pay and perks...same with the railway. Factories I feel is where they are really needed. Today with market forces/cheap labour/everyone a car/house owner.. the workforce is disinclined to shout "All Out Lads"!! Anyway a minibus of minimum wage scabs would be bussed in.
