Bip 88
B) Hi John that wouldn't be the one and only== The Four Tops The Four Tops first performed in 1954. Levi Stubbs, Abdul 'Duke' Fakir, Renaldo 'Obie' Benson, and Lawrence Payton have survived several generations of musical tastes. Some of their hits: I Can't Help Myself, 'Reach Out, I'll be there,' 'Standing in the Shadows of Love,' 'It's the Same Old Song.' Or the FUNK BROTHERS
mick2me 3,033
They were a great group, I think most are dead now. I saw then in 88 at the Theatre Royal, just after the realease of 'Loco in Acapulco'. Not Motown but still a great tune :D Also live on stage was the great Saxophonist playin 'Roadrunner' 'Shotgun' etc. WHO WAS THAT ?
