The Hickings pad would be very handy for the Dominic or Tarquin who happened to be the anchor pleb at the nearby TV studio .. save them commuting from their mansion in Surrey / Basingstoke etc. .. would probably be a bit of a culture shock for them having to live in such squalor .. but at only £1000 per month would be a snip !..
