I think I am going to enjoy this little skylark. I am a seventy seven year old fella from Nottingham. Born in Radford and transferred to Broxtowe in 1939 just in time for the war. :-( Grew up there until 1959 when I married and moved out to Bestwood Park into a brand new house. :-) Did my two years in the RAOC 1950 - 52. Never went out of the country believe it or not. Spent the time at Cambridge RAOC Depot moving tanks around a diused airfield and putting them in storage.
