poohbear 1,360 Posted October 31, 2009 Report Share Posted October 31, 2009 65 year old Derek Armiger enters shop where he sees hooded gunman with pistol...robber points pistol at his head and threatens him...Derek waits till he's distracted and pounces..gun goes off and shatters window...Derek wrestles man to ground,disarms him and holds him till police arrive.The gun was found to be a ball bearing pistol...still powerful enough to shatter window. Derek declared a hero and gets a bravery award...good on yer Derek. The robber??? A twelve month suspended sentence and a two year supervision order.What a crap judiciary we have in this country...no wonder yobbos are running riot. I wonder what he would have got in the States?
