Cliff Ton 10,479 Posted February 26, 2012 Report Share Posted February 26, 2012 Picking up on a thread started by lynmee a few weeks ago, there was a question about this photo What is the Building to the right of St Peters Churh with the columns and bow front all pictures are pre 1914 I found this, which is the building mentioned and I'd never seen before And around 100 years later that road up the middle had turned into this This was later built over when Marks and Spencer extended their store. If you were to stand where the photographer is today, you'd be at the entrance to the M & S building, with the church to your left. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
