Apparently, it runs the iTouch operating system, cannot make phone calls and has no camera. Base price is $499 but goes up to $839 with all the memory and 3G capability. Many are wondering about the name - the big joke being lets wait a while for the upgraded version, the Max iPad! Judging by other tech products, it will probably sell over there for the same number of pounds as it sells for dollars here - in other words - EXPENSIVE!
