Cliff Ton 10,565
Nowt to do with Nottingham at all, but this a fascinating 10 minutes. You think traffic is worse now than it used to be? This is amazing and - in a way - hilarious. Watch cars pull in front of others, pedestrians get attacked from all angles, traffic appearing at right angles from nowhere. You'll never see so many near-death incidents in such a short space of time http://www.howtobear...et-street-1906/

Ayupmeducks 1,730
I think there was a 10mph speed limit back then when the movie was made.
Fynger 841
Why do all the wheels on cars back then look buckled ?

Ashley 288
Don't know about traffic being worse but in 1938 there were 8,172 killed on the roads in the uk, not sure what the death toll was earlier or what it is these days?
Beefsteak 305
It's a lot lower now Ash. Thanks in part to better street lighting and better brakes on vehicles.
