It used to be, Dogs 2 : Cats 3 (Not to mention Rabbits 1 : Guinea pigs 5) All long gone too. After todays visit to The Cats Protection League, Dalbury Lees, (with SWMBO) We will soon be back up to even teams again Dogs 2 : Cats 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Not so keen on dogs, tho i wouldn't hurt any animal, well, not most, and I think that dressin yer dog up, is just weird!!!! I mean............ why???? mick2me 3,033 Posted November 18, 2006 Report Share Posted November 18, 2006 We picked up the new Cat today. CPL named him "Oblivion" after the ride at Alton Towers (he came from near there). The two dogs are very interested in him, and he sniffed their noses without a hiss? The bigger dog (Basenji) greets the cats normally by placing her jaws round their heads. The new cat has not yet experienced that pleasure. If you see a cat with a soggy head, it will be ours. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

One of the worst phrases I hear when people are inquiring about getting a dog is, "is it good with children". The answer should be, "Are the children good with dogs" I have had dogs all my life. One very robust Black Labrador keeps me on my toes. Nothing better than having a slavvery ball shoved in ones lap, when you are trying to have a doze in the chair.
