zab 47
It's sad to see Dandy disappear, it will be interesting to see how they make an online version work. As a footnote, my wife is actually related to Dudley Watkins, creater of the mighty Desperate Dan.
jackson 301
Desperate Dan and his mighty Chin - with whiskers - and Cow Heel Pie. !hungr!
katyjay 5,091
I thought it was just cow pie with a pair of horns sticking out of it.
katyjay 5,091
Try putting a crust on this pair of horns.
Michael Booth 7,364
Are they real? I've never seen those before.
jackson 301
Katyjay, those critters above gave me such a laugh - a right Horny pair! PS: Can't stop looking - they should be smilin', not looking so droll.
Cliff Ton 10,479
I'm sure they are real, but it could almost be from a Photoshop training manual
katyjay 5,091
I'm not clever enough to photoshop anything, yes they are real, they are Texas longhorn cattle. They are outside a steakhouse in town, not for consumption I think! Put a few of them in Spain for the Running of the Bulls and it would sort out the men from the boys. jackson 301
Are those horns solid - packed with calcium? - if so, they'd be a pretty weight to carry around!
Cliff Ton 10,479
To demonstrate what a quick bit of Photoshop can do........these are the same horns, but relocated
katyjay 5,091
OK gorrit right now, the cattle are Watusi [also a tribe and a dance!] from Africa. Texas longhorns have narrower horns.
mick2me 3,033
You know, I thought they were actually Watusi
