Thankyou Jill......just got back.....just had a consultation.......which put my mind at ease.....chose to have a Colonoscopy next week.......thought i was having it today.........the Consultant was brilliant and certainly made me feel confident about the procedure.......the crazy thing was he asked me if i had the treatment before?...i honestly couldn't remember........Donna was with me luckily and told him i had TWICE.......The nurse and the Consultant both had a great sense of humour and we laughed a lot.......but i went too far and got refused a DANCE.....

Good luck on Monday Col with your knee op...........i'm at Kings Mill tomorrow for more tests (in an unpleasant area) dreading it....... Have had another problem for about 6 months Chronic pain especially in both hands when i wake every morning.......however ive come across a medicine (Tablet) never heard of before called ''Zapain'.....within minutes of taking it the pain disapears......

The 'Black Bottom'' i would doubt ever made it to Nottingham.........it began like lots of music and dance over in the states with ''African/Americans'' in the 20s...... However another Dance that certainly made it to Nottingham from the states was the ''Jitterbug''......Remember me Mam and all her sisters giving it some in the late 40s and early 50s......The Whites in America were doing something called the ''Lindy-hop''......the Africans laughed at this and said They look as if they've got the ''Jitters'' with a bug...........
