Now the weather has brightened up a bit, we are getting out on the cycles more. 2 1/2 hours yesterday and today. I am noting my times down and will add them to our Pedometer Challenge Topic weekly, as last year I will do my calculations on a 7mph and time cycling basis, deducting 15mins daily for Duck Feeding. carni 10,094 Posted May 16, 2016 Report Share Posted May 16, 2016 CliffTon, I had noticed that Rog hadn't been on for a while and was hoping he was Ok, We haven't got the Ped Challenge going again so far, though I am noting down my miles and times for my own interest. I am pretty sure darkazana will be keeping check on her "FitBit" while she is working.. Rog, was the one that got us interested in our daily step count and if I remember right, last year he had to take it easy for a while at the Docs advice.
