FLY2 10,109
Neither of mine would like that Compo, one was blown up and never found during the battle of the Somme, and the other was killed at Gallipoli.
DAVIDW 1,690
#11 I have had a pint with Brian Wilson although he only had soda water iirc. Can't imagine there would have been much conversation ! The Mrs and me meeting Brian Wilson in 2007 at a meet and greet . You could tell he would rather have been somewhere else .

DJBrenton 738
He's improved a bit since then. It must have been 2011 or so when I met him. I was with a band that supported him and we all stopped in the same hotel. There was a group of us at the bar including him and he was quite chirpy compared to how I expected him to be.

FLY2 10,109
Anne Davies, the East Midlands Today news reader. She looked absolutely stunning last night on the late bulletin. If ever a woman has improved with age, it's her. A lovely and amusing person too.
Smiffy49 590
Adam, although I would probably not be able to have a pint with him because breweries had not been invented (maybe cider instead?) Imagine the repercussions of using up all of the apples making the cider!? Second choice would be Alfie, I could ask him what's it all about...
Compo 10,328
I was thinking about the Small Faces the other day and it occurred to me that Ronnie Lane (Bass and songwriter) would have been a nice bloke to have had a drink and natter with.
