There's a problem Mick that you will have to sort out before too much longer, this "Dat base error" I have the error message all the time now at the bottom of the page.

"There appears to be an error with the database.

If you are seeing this page, it means there was a problem communicating with our database. Sometimes this error is temporary and will go away when you refresh the page. Sometimes the error will need to be fixed by an administrator before the site will become accessible again.

nothing I can sort for a few days I am afraid till I can get my other laptop working?

Its a temporary fault which is intermittant.

I dont know what Kevs problem is?

The access is intermittent Mick sure, but the data error message is now on all the time on all pages.

You are receiving a GOT 28 error, this basically means that you are running out of disk space.

I would contact your web host and ask if you can upgrade or ask them to prune log files, etc.

Optimization should also speed up the system,

I have noticed slow page loads recently?
