Got phone appt with DR on July 26, to decide what to do next re tablets.

We live in a tower block & my lad rang & asked if I had a hose pipe he could borrow. ? Sometimes I do worry about that boy.

Had the phone call & no cancer detected. More tablets to take to reduce the swelling but I can manage a few more tablets OK !

Went today for a nice quiet pint in the Samuel Hall & bumped in to my mate Ian Dawson Over from Spain for a short holiday. A good time was had by all & a few beers to celebrate. Me & Dawson. Dawson & Mrs C.

Letter arrived today with phone call appt this coming Monday. Is this a good sign I wonder ?

Had a rare excursion to Bulwell today. Just for something to do I suppose. Nice new coffee shop in the town called "Jerome's" . A real belting cup of Cappachino. Much better than Costa & cheaper too. The owner was a young bloke of colour who knows his craft.

The only problem I had was the need to pee every couple of hours in the night. I never knew I was having a blood test for PSA until the Doc rang & said the book another blood test. Went on Monday for MRI so now anxiously waiting what the outcome of that scan.

Received a phone call from Urology this morning to say forget my appt but instead after reviewing my notes I will have to go for a MRI scan instead. I will be contacted again soon. The plot thickens.

I quit the fags 7 years ago after a heart attack. Like BK said just quit full stop & now don't even think about smoking anymore.

Surprisingly received my urology appt today in a fortnights time.
