My 1960 Rover 3litre had an oil level gauge incorporated into the fuel gauge all you did was turn on the ignition press the toggle switch and show on the fuel gauge if it was full or less depending on the oil level, it was handy as the engine used a pint of oil every 250 miles most leaked out of the rear main seal.

  7. Good News today our Grandson Issac passed his driving test first time today we are so proud of him,when he was born he only had five percent to live.

  11. I am sure you are just as wonderful to other kids Beekay as you would be with your own. My grandson was born with a diaphramatic hernia he had 5% chance of survival he was in an induced coma for 3 months in Edmontons Stollery Hospital which is about 800 miles away they airlifted by air ambulance the minute he was born it was a miracle he survived, he is now 16 and going for his driving test next month. The only lasting problem he has is he is partly deaf as a result of the medications he took, life is so precious.

  13. Good Luck nonna hope you dont finish up like a dart board we went 2 weeks ago for 2nd covid shot never felt a thing and no side effects surprise surprise we had our yearly flu shot in November.

The biopsy is not too bad colly had one 6years ago they took 12 samples when the scissors cut it makes loud bang it made me jump they said you have to lie still or it could tear my rectum.After i sat in a big arm chair had a ham sandwich and a coffee waited 30 minutes went to the bathroom for a pee and the nurse checked the toilet bowl for blood it was ok so went home. The doctor said there was a slight chance i had prostate cancer i could leave or have it removed i decided to have it removed it was a 4hr operation and an overnight stay. I was off work for 7 weeks never looked back it was done

You think you have it bad Nonna we went from 31 degees down to -4 degrees in 24 hours with strong north winds and snow and freezing rain had to cover shrubs and flowers in the garden and take all the flower pots into the shed. The daffodils which bloom here late after surviving -50 temps inthe winter have just finished its suppose to warm up next week take care.
