Michael Booth 7,364
A while ago I posted a link to a UK newspapers Internet site. I now use another one which opens more UK newspapers and also media worldwide. If you like to read your newspapers online then the new link is posted below. Enjoy. http://www.thebigproject.co.uk/news/#.VVIyE5MUjai

TBI 2,351
Thanks Michael, I always read the news online, haven't bought a newspaper for years.
Michael Booth 7,364
BilboroughShirley (#3), it saves paper but it also saves you a few bob, too.
LizzieM 9,524
Very useful link Michael but habits won't change in this house ........ my husband MUST have a proper newspaper to read with his breakfast, even if he's overseas he'll search til he finds an English paper for sale. Old habits die hard with him.
Michael Booth 7,364
And there's nothing wrong with that, Lizzie. The only problem when you're abroad is that you're usually restricted to what newspapers are available.
FLY2 10,109
Even if it's not the paper of your choice, and maybe the previous day 's, at least it's in English, and there's invariably a crossword puzzle to do. Me? I never buy a paper, even if I'm holidaying in the UK.
Oztalgian 3,349
Just got back from a break in warmer climes to find that our local Saturday paper (The Advertiser) the only one I buy had increased from $2.50 to $3.00. The bl**dy cheek. It is no better than a comic no worthwhile news or analysis. It is the last time I will buy one. Like TBI #5 I will now get all my news off 't interweb.
