Hello. I`ve just found this site from a link in the Old Meadows site.

I was born as Eileen Goodall in Cary Cottages, Hawthorn Street and went to Bosseyed Kippers until we moved to Calverton in 1953.

I look forward to browsing the site.

Wow!

I guess that would have been a relation. My Grandparents lived on Goodhead Street.

Oh! I was getting really excited there!

(Our Ray got the wrong year though. It was 1953.)

Great to get such a lot of messages on my first visit, though.

I shall look forward to returning.

Eileen....when you answer a post....use the 'Fast reply' right at the bottom of your screen instead of the reply button on the post ....that way you wont keep reposting what has been said.....makes it easier.

Hi Eileen, would you know a Phil Starbuck who went to Roland green school?

He would be about 55 now.

He had a brother called Costa and a sister called Latte who worked at decaffe up de road.

Sorry about that Eileen, i used to live on Labray and Flatts lane, left there about 1963.

I wish - do you think I should try to claim some of my moral inheritance?

Actually, when doing family history research I did find a branch that had gone from England to America a couple of years ago.

"Oh, come to my arms dear tenth cousin. How`d you like a joint account then?"
