MRS B 533
A Barnsley Chop is a lamb chop taken from right across the loin which becomes a double sided chop. It is sometimes referred to as a saddle chop as it is cut across the saddle producing a double loin chop with a little under fillet all in one.

Beekay, Here is a British food reviewer having a Barnsley chop in A Manchester Chop House. You can see what one looks like. Strange that they did not offer any mint sauce Reviewing a FAMOUS BRITISH CHOPHOUSE in MANCHESTER! (youtube.com) It is only about 12 minutes long
Oztalgian 3,327
McDonalds in Australia is now offering 3 sizes of their Big Mac. The Big Mac which everyone who eats McDonalds knows well. The Mac Jnr which has only one beef patty. The Grand Mac which contains bigger patties and buns. Despite customer perceptions that the Big Mac has become smaller over time McDonalds insist that the patties are still the same size as they always were. The buns must be smaller then. The average size of a Big Mac is 216 grams, a Grand Mac is 322 grams The average size of a Burger King Whopper (Hungry Jacks) in Australia is 270 grams. For those of you that eat them are Big Macs smaller than they used to be? Some are saying they were more like the size of the new Grand Mac.

plantfit 7,630
Buns should always be toasted before filling with burger, or sausage, or bacon, or egg or all four if you like Rog
