The Tams again. This looks like an early version on northern soul. With strict dress code. Very stylish.

I used to think of nostalgia as a ‘sweet sadness about times past’ but recently when I listen to the songs of my youth, I just feel sad that those days have gone forever for me. I am very happy with my life now but the nostalgia sometimes makes me feel deeply sad. I wish I could meet with more of my friends from 60 years ago…..

Love this genre at the moment. Can't beat a bit of classic soft rock! Brilliant.

Change of subject...Watching TV last and saw "Worlds most scenic railway journey", on channel 5. They were in the North East, up near Compo's neck of the woods. It looked a beautiful area, all around there with a lovely little harbour at Wick. I was very disappointed that Compo didn't turn up to tell us a bit about Caithness, (although I appreciate no rail lines go by his gaff anymore). Was hoping to see him in the background, giving a thumbs up to the cameraman. An enjoyable hour, didn't even see PP fishing.

Only just picked it up and getting a speeding ticket.
