Don't know if this has been mentioned before but, has anyone read " 301 amazing, rare, funny Nottinghamshire Facts " book? There's a wealth of information in it including famous people who lived and worked in Nottingham, heritage, myths and legends, technology & inventions etc. It's a really interesting read and would recommend it. Put it on yer Christmas list, you won't be disappointed.
