piggy and babs 544 Posted July 31, 2012 Report Share Posted July 31, 2012 double duch skipping whatching some off them ammerican double duch jump rope teams always amaze me turning the ropes for double dutch is a feat in its self you have to have realy good handeye co ordination both arm going different ways at the same time but i never deared try skipping it and the speep some of them got too.
