  2. If you're interested in trains there's a 3 parter starting on BBC 4 tomorrow night (Monday July 11th) at 8pm called "Trainispotting Live" with part 2 and part 3 on Tuesday and Wednesday nights at the same time.

  10. I remember when I was at FFGS if the PE. teacher (can't remember his name) couldn't see over your head you didn't have to wear a cap and He couldn't see over mine so no cap for me! Just thought his name was Gibson.
  11. Yes certainly Nottingham Road. I used to work at the building on the left which belonged to Courtaulds housing Walker Reid, Luvisca and Chaffinch clothing wholesalers

  15. If you look in the Oxford Dictionary of English Chulla, each of those three hyphenated words you have mentioned are listed as two words.
  16. The standard of the BBC English has deteriorated over the years not just with the pronunciation but also the phrases that they use. The local weather presenters on the BBC really use some strange phrases especially from the male one.
