carni 10,094
It reminds me of my youth, when we had a ride on the Dodgems at Goose fair and the lad would have one arm round our shoulder and drive the car with the other. Cool. Not cool on the roads though, especially when you see children in the car!
TBI 2,351
It's bad enough driving and using a Mobile phone, But I see more and more often, people holding the phone to their ear with one hand, and steering right, left or even round an island with the other hand. How do they do it! And if it's a white van, the mobiles wedged between ear and shoulder, can of coke in one hand, sandwich in the other and steering round the corner with their knees.

Ivor Thirst 120
It seems we see many dangerous dogs. Is this just a Nottingham phenomenon?
Bubblewrap 3,815
It's not the dogs that are a problem but their stupid owners.
Ivor Thirst 120
Bubblewrap, I agree, but why would anyone want to own an aggressive breed of dog that, maybe by no fault of its own, has a predilection to attack and maim - I just don't get it.

Ayupmeducks 1,730
I only keep a cat to reduce the local rodent population, voles, rats, mice, moles etc. She does a fine job, but I wished she wouldn't play with her food, tosses it in the air, lets it run around until she finally eats it.
