Hi Mick, I have been to Liverpool three times in the Last 18 months and it is a wonderful city to visit. Wendy's daughter was at Uni there so the main reason for going. We did the usual tourist bit like the Cavern , Albert Dock, Maritime Museum ( very good if you are interested in the Titanic) the Metropolitan Cathedral and a must visit is The Philharmonic Pub. If your other half is into shopping then Liverpool 1 is the main shopping area and you can find anything you want there. You are spoilt for choice for places to eat. We really enjoyed Liverpool and would certainly go again.
