He must be a stupid D.I.Y.er to try this. Timber for the ladder retrieved from a nearby skip & used to make said ladder. I can't make my mind up just yet which is the more stupid, the homemade ladder or standing the bleddy thing on a conservatory roof ! When the new loo is flushed it will draw the traps on the two loos below stinking both houses out. Gas boiler fitted by an amateur.
