  3. Anyone heard of the saying 'Charlie's dead' don't know if it's a Nottingham thing or something my Mum and her sisters made up!
  4. I hope the results are what you want! How sweet of your daughter. A well deserved break...
  5. Glad it wasn't anything too serious Michael! All the best!
  6. Fantastic news! Hope your wife has a speedy recovery
  7. I'll keep you both in my thoughts and prayers! Sending all sorts of positivity your way. God willing everything goes to plan and hope your wife has a speedy recovery!
  8. I had no idea you were on the wonderful world of Facebook Carni or I'd have added you by now!
  9. Michael - #20 that's the way I actually get to work but come home the opposite way. May be worth trying though! I'll let you know how I get on thank you. Drove to Long Eaton today after work and the traffic on the way there along Derby Rd etc was tragically bad!
  10. Likewise RadfordRed. I come home past QMC and down to Crown Island and it's a nightmare at the moment. Going into next year as well. Fun times ahead.
  11. I've done it before also and terrified my sister. Oops!
  12. I fell asleep during my uni exam! I'm ashamed to say. Thought I may have a sleeping sickness... was my best result though. Maybe I should sleep more often!
  13. Can't say it's ever interested. Never even tried weed nor would I want to... you don't need drugs to have a good time!
  14. #7 - we have the same problem. Speed is fine and works like a dream. But some days we can't get a connection at all with the wifi!
  15. Yes! We have this too. I knew exactly what this thread would be about just from the title!
  16. I had to write a university paper on this Ian. The thread is on here somewhere. I sometimes think we remember the past better than it was. I enjoy abit of nostalgia though!
