They both look extremely healthy on their diet. She works for the NHS specialising in eating disorders! I’m very fond of fresh veg but I don’t think I could live without meat. Our weather has been so changeable this summer, today's forecast of 30c got to 32 and tomorrow it's forecast to be 19 after a cool change blows through. 10-15 below is not a temperature anyone should live in. A year and a half ago my brothers youngest son died and the other day his middle son had a heart attack and passed away at 52 years of age. My thoughts are with their mum.
