  1. I'll respond to stuff above later, but for now I'll just express my utter gobsmacked aghastness that some character from Reform ( Farage's racist loony party) just spoke on telly and describedvthe Conservative party as 'Socialists'. Seriously..whatever your Politics, if you agree that the Tories are 'Socialists'..you are on the wrong planet.

  4. Tomato sausage was a favourite in our house when I was a child. My father was quite partial to it. It was for sale in most butcher's shops. As to crisps, @Beekay, they're just a bag of chemicals and flavourings these days.

  6. During my repairs in November last year, I told the management that whenever I am working on the clock, I invariably get folk who want to chat about it when I tell them how I am involved. I suggested that I could do a couple of sessions where I would simply be there to talk to anyone who was interested. They agreed it was a good idea so they have sorted it out for Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th February (next week). The plan is for me to be there from 12:00pm to 2:00pm on each day. They are inviting the local press.

In effect, that meant that by leaving the EU, people 'reclaimed', things which they had not lost in the first place. The 'Leave' liars claimed three main things: 1. We no longer controlled our borders. This is complete bull, based on a deliberate misreading of the EU 'Freedom of Movement' principle, under which any EU citizen could move freely between EU countries and work in any of them. In other words it worked both ways and th
